Teach 360 is currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Waltham Forest. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and support to the school's behaviour team.

Key Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £80-£100 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4 PMAre You:

Experienced in working with children with challenging behaviour, SEN, ASD, or SEMH needs?
A positive role model who enjoys making a difference in students' lives?
Able to work well under pressure and think quickly in challenging situations?
Available to start immediately and hold an enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)?If you answered YES, you could be the perfect fit for this Behaviour Mentor role!

About the Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with a diverse range of students, supporting those with special educational needs and emotional challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a positive role model for students.
Providing support and guidance to help students achieve their potential.
Developing strong relationships with students to promote positive behaviour.
Collaborating with teaching staff and other professionals to implement effective strategies.
Managing challenging behaviour with patience and empathy.About the School:
