What You’ll Be Doing - Assisting Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives with residential conveyancing matters
- Gradually developing into a fee-earning role, starting with support work and moving towards handling your own caseload
- Managing freehold and leasehold transactions with increasing responsibility
- Drafting legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds
- Conducting property searches and due diligence
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers
- Handling post-completion administration, including SDLT submissions and AP1s
- Supporting and mentoring junior paralegals
- Providing outstanding client service throughout the conveyancing process
