Primary Teaching Assistant - Preston:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a teaching assistant to support KS2 pupils at a primary school near to Preston. This is a full time position to start in January.

The Role:

Building rapport with students, parents and staff
Preparing learning resources and activities
Effectively communicating with class teacher to monitor progressPosition Details:

Position: Primary TA
Location: Preston
Hours: 8:45am-4pm, Mon-Fri
Type of Work: Temporary
Full time/Part time: Full time only
Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
Start date: 13/01/2025
End date: Easter half termExperience, Training & Qualifications:

Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desired
Previous experience working within a school setting is essentialTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional referencesOTHER
