Are you an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager for a Service & Maintenance department looking for an exciting opportunity with one of the leading Engineering & Facilities Management providers in the UK.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and cultivating leads, fostering new relationship and maximising sales opportunities with existing client and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities for Business Development Manager:

* Lead Generation & Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

* Proposal and Tender Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.

* Client Engagement Target Achievement: Consistently meet Lead Generation & Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

* Proposal and Tender Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.

In reward you will receive:-

* 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

* 4.00pm finish on Friday
