Description

• Manage debtor accounts and ensure timely debt payment
• Maximise cash collections and minimise aged debt
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and present monthly reports on collection activities and achievements
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, queries and disputes
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure credit issues are minimised
• Comply with company and industry regulations

Profile

A successful Credit Control should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of debt collection regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
