We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Special Needs Teacher who is passionate about supporting and working with KS3 & KS4 children.

This role is unique as it offers you the opportunity to work with pupils away from the classroom, liaise with various agencies, parents/carers & Schools. It will give you an opportunity to support a wide range of learning disabilities, including pupils with complex social and communication difficulties.

We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers, Primary/Early Years teachers new to special needs, as well as experienced professionals.

Person Specification -Special Needs Teacher:

·Must be a qualified Teacher and have UK QTS

·Special Needs Teacher

·Must have experience of working with SEN & SEMH

·Experience of and commitment to raising achievement.

·The ability to deliver sustained (good and outstanding) teaching practice

·The skills to deliver creative and engaging differentiated learning opportunities for pupils with SEND

·The ability to work collaboratively with supporting agencies implementing additional support programs to meet pupils' specific needs.

·Some experience of writing and delivering Individual Education Plans
