Cobalt is partnering with a market-leading Proptech provider to find individuals with a strong technical aptitude and a customer-focused approach for their Global Solutions Team. They are seeking Technical Account Manager provide essential support for a range of innovative real estate software solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for offering technical support to clients, helping to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across the company's product suite. You will work directly with clients to ensure successful product implementations and upgrades, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues by utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide customer support during software implementations and updates, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
- Follow up on client inquiries, conducting thorough research and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and document more complex cases, contributing to the overall team success.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, scheduling regular calls to assist with setup and ongoing product usage.
Role Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Enjoy working with numbers and possess strong analytical abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support via phone and email.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming to exceed client expectations.
