Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN
Shift: Night Shifts
Hourly Rate: £19
Full-Time, 36.75 hours per week

Are you an experienced RGN or RMN with a passion for providing exceptional care? Our client is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join their night team. The Nursing Home specialises in care for residents with neurological conditions and physical disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a team that has maintained a high Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating.

We are looking for a Staff Nurse with the following:
  • Nursing Qualification: RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse)
  • Experience: Preferred background in caring for patients with neurological conditions and physical disabilities
  • Clinical Expertise: Knowledge of best practices and CQC standards to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Teamwork & Autonomy: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations

As a Staff Nurse, your key responsibilities include:
  • Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients with specialized needs
  • Assessments & Care Plans: Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Medication & Treatment: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring safety and accuracy
