Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in Rotherham.

Job Description:

To manage the costs relating to building and engineering projects, including new builds, renovations and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Measurement of painting works to be used for tendering purposes, variation agreement and final account negotiation

* Cost and valuation reporting

* Monitoring progress on site

* To attend in house and client meetings

Requirements:

* A minimum of 4 years Estimating/Quantity Surveying experience

* Previous construction experience

* Sub-contractor experience preferable

* Must be flexible in hours of work

* Full UK driving licence
