To lead the Projects Engineering team within the Private Networks business. Fully accountable for H&S, technical development of engineers, technical delivery excellence and supporting the sales team to identify the correct technical solution. ​

* To operate as a member of the Private Networks senior leadership team, building strong working relationships with your peers and driving positive change across the business. ​

* To work closely with the Operations Manager (Projects) to ensure sufficient available and suitably skilled resource whilst maximising utilisation. ​
