Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client's vibrant team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of providing top-notch care and education for young children in a lively nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Early Years OR above
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Passion for working with young children and aiding them in reaching their full potential
• Profound understanding of child development and early years education
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Establish a secure, diverse, and supportive environment for young children to discover and grow
• Devise and execute appropriate activities to ignite the children's physical, cognitive, and social development
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's specific needs are catered to
• Maintain precise records of children's advancements and progress
• Maintain impeccable standards of health, safety, and cleanliness within the nursery space
