Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established regional main contractor in Hampshire.

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Our client is a highly reputable regional main contractor who undertake projects across an array of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and leisure sectors with projects ranging in value up to £30mil. Projects are administered predominantly via JCT forms of contract and workload is across Hampshire. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Key responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
Involvement in 2-stage tenders from estimator handover
Mentoring junior members of staff

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

Degree / HNC Qualified
Proven track record of managing projects valuing up to £15mil
Involvement in the 2nd stage tender process (Preferential)

Salary: Up to £70k + Package (negotiable dependent on experience)
