Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge with a leading Tier 1 main contractor? This is an exciting opportunity to join a regional market leader with a strong pipeline of projects over the next 3-5 years.

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take the commercial lead on projects across the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors, managing costs, contracts, and ensuring financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing project finances from inception to completion

* Managing subcontractor procurement and contracts

* Ensuring compliance with JCT Design & Build contracts

* Leading projects and mentoring junior surveyors

* Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

Requirements:

* Quantity Surveying degree preferred

* Proven main contractor experience

* Strong knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts

* Ability to lead projects and drive commercial success
