• Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Oversight: Act as an independent 2nd line challenge for operational resilience and third-party risk management, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Policy and Process Management: Ensure operational resilience and third-party risk policies are up-to-date and effective for the organisation’s needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Attend and contribute to various forums, including Operational Resilience, Cyber/IT, and Third-Party Risk forums.
• Thematic Reviews and Documentation: Conduct risk-based reviews of resilience and third-party functions and support Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
• Incident Management Support: Collaborate with the Operational Risk Senior Manager on incident management as needed
