This is a brilliant opportunity to join a listed business with big growth plans as a Group Management Accountant. The role itself
You’ll report to the Group Financial Controller and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the Group management accounts consolidation process and ensuring accurate, timely reporting
- Managing the Group’s accounting system and supporting upgrades or changes
- Cashflow management, monthly reconciliations, and intercompany recharges
- Identifying areas for process improvement and helping embed better controls
- Training and supporting junior members of the team
- Supporting onboarding of new entities post-acquisition
- Engaging in ad hoc projects across finance and operations
What we’re looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Previous experience in a Group function, with knowledge of a consolidation process
- Confident working with systems and large volumes of data
- A continuous improvement mindset – someone who likes making things better
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
