To date, they have dominated the market with over 95% of their target customers now using their software. They have achieved Series B funding and have aggressive growth plans to further expand into new, global markets, with additional products. They currently employ around 250 members of staff and operate from their stunning central London office in Shoreditch.  They need cover across IT Support (1st/2nd Line) in helping to resolve user support tickets, maintain systems, and assist on IT projects. Key Responsibilities: -

• Working alongside other members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues
• Supporting up to 250 internal users
• Upgrading and maintaining the company’s infrastructure
• Deskside and Service Desk support

 Key Skills: -

• Windows and macOS support
• MDM – Intune, Jamf
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure
• Google Workspace admin
• VMware vSphere
• Networking (routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs)
