OTE £35,000 year one

Hybrid working with two days a week spent in the office.Market leading employerWorking from home 2 to 3 days a weekClosing warm leads providedDefined career pathTraining providedAs a Sales Consultant your duties will include:Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.Research and identify new markets and customer needs.Promote the company’s services, ensuring you predict/address client objectives.Prepare sales contracts and ensure a log of these are updated on the CRM system.Agreeing to financial targets and exceeding theseUsing social media to research decision-makers and look to contacting these via phone, email, or direct messaging.Contacting lapsed clients and re-introducing our clients services.Producing regular forecasting reportsThe Sales Consultant role would suit someone with previous B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally from a recruitment background that is money motivated and has the drive to succeed. We are also happy to see CV’s from people that are currently working as a Business Development Manager, Business Development Consultant, or similar roles.
