Role: Assistant Behaviour Manager

Location: Manchester

Qualiteach is currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced assistant behaviour manager for a secondary school based in the Manchester area. The role will begin on 30/09/2024 and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis employed directly by the school.

The role will involve working with pupils who present challenging behaviour and are dis-engaged. This will involve working with pupils at KS3/4 in the school's reflection room, supporting them so they can be re-integrated back into the classroom.

Key requirements:

* Experience of working with secondary age pupils across KS3/4

* Experience of working with pupils who display challenging behaviour

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to quickly and effectively build rapport

* Available from 30/09/2024

* Flexible and adaptable in your approach

* Right to work in the UK

* Hold and enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
