What You'll Do:

• Perform expert diagnostics using the latest tools to identify and resolve issues in luxury vehicles.
• Communicate your findings clearly to both the service team and customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
• Maintain an organized and professional workspace, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician, ideally within a luxury or main dealership setting.
• Expertise in diagnostic tools and software, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A collaborative and customer-focused approach.
