Long established and looking to expand their operations, this metal and plastic manufacturing company produce high volume products into the construction industry. They are the biggest in their industry and boast a workforce of well over 500 people whilst achieving high retention due to their company culture.

In this role you will utilise a variety of machinery to set, operate and learn to fine tune your skill set. You will also work within a tight knit team of people to achieve best practises, procedures, learn and work within LEAN manufacturing methods. You will have the opportunity to step up into leadership positions, or if you prefer, remain on the tools as at a top-level Machinist.

Either a fully skilled CNC Machinist or a straight out of college, this company will value your skills and look to take you to the next level in your career.

The Person:

CNC Milling experience
Senior and Junior Machinist roles availableThe Role:

Utilising a variety of machinery including Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc
Production of quality parts and tooling
Maintaining high levels of quality, health & safety and working to LEAN manufacturing methods
Continuous improvement of your skill set
