Robert Half Finance and Accounting are excited to partner with a Residential Real Estate firm in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Accountant for 2 months.

Role:

In this role you will be responsible with assisting the Senior Finance Manager with the following duties:

• Review historic accounting - transactional work, balance sheets and P&L - Line by line and making sure everything is correct and accounted for.
• Reconciliations
• Setting up processes and system improvement - revamping POs and making sure they are embedded with business
• System: Yardi

Profile:

The successful interim Accountant will be Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA and have experience reviewing high volumes of transactions as well sets of accounts. To be considered for this role, you must have experience using the system Yardi or have worked in Accounts within the Real Estate sector.

You must be immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Client:

Our client is a Residential Real Estate firm based in Central London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Accountant for 2 months to work through their historic accounts. Please note this role will be based in our clients office 4 days per week.

Salary & Benefits:

This interim Accountant roles will be paying up to £45-55 per hour via an umbrella company (dependant on experience)
