We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join a new café in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring a delightful dining experience for the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook menu items in line with café standards.

* Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.

* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.

* Comply with all health and safety regulations.

* Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

* Collaborate with the café team to develop and plan menus

* Train new starters

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a café or similar setting.

* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexibility to work Thursday to Sunday.

* Must undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Working Days: Thursday to Sunday

37.5 hours per week.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
