About the role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a key role in supporting classroom teachers, leading small groups, and delivering targeted interventions across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You'll be working closely with a dedicated team of educators to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Application Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HLTA or a similar role in a primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support class teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Lead small group sessions and provide targeted interventions.
• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
