Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted - Immediate Start

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a thriving SEN school in Warrington. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately.

The Role:

Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH & Physical disabilities.
Assist in delivering individualised learning plans and promoting independence.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other practitioners to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
Support classroom activities and help manage behaviour positively and effectively.Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role in an educational setting.
A good understanding of special educational needs and strategies to support them.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential.
