As a Junior Account Manager, you will be required to:

* Maintain and expand relationships with customer base.

* Manage around 100 to 200 customers.

* Understand clients' requirements.

* Identify and achieve sales upsell and cross-sell quotas.

* Meet retention objectives.

* Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers.

* Lead the customer account planning cycle.

* Ensure assigned customers' needs and expectations are met.

Candidate:

* Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment

* Strong track record working in a customer satisfaction role

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate efforts across various teams
