Established in 1991, Laserlife is a successful and well-established supplier of photocopiers, printers, office stationery and consumables including the manufacture of refurbished toner/ink cartridges based in central London.
Purpose of the Job
The Service desk administrator will be the first point of contact for our field-based engineers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of customer service experience enabling the candidate to be able to deal with a high volume of calls and be able to deliver outstanding services whist remaining professional and calm.
Your key responsibilities will be to plan log service calls, whilst ensuring excellent customer service as you will also be answering incoming calls from both clients and engineers. You will also be required to liaise with Subcontractors.
Main Duties
Working closely with the Field based engineers to log and plan routes.
Liaising with Clients providing service call updates.
Delivering outstanding customer service to all stakeholders
Update CRM
Key Skills
Experienced in managing Customer requests and dealing with SLA’s
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadline.
