My client is an independent estate agency located in the heart of Shoreditch. With over 50 years of combined experience, they provide a personalised and professional service, handling some of London's most unique and sought-after properties.

The Role:

They are seeking an experienced Tenancy Progressor with expertise in Goodlord and Reapit to ensure smooth tenancy operations. The role also involves managing a small portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and renew tenancies using Goodlord & Reapit.
  • Prepare and send tenancy agreements and terms of business for electronic signature via Goodlord & Adobe Sign.
  • Conduct Right to Rent checks for tenants.
  • Ensure all compliance documents (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs) are up to date.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and pre-tenancy preparations.
  • Register deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
  • Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns and check-out reports.
  • Organise and review inventory check-ins/check-outs.
  • Arrange key cutting for properties.
  • Oversee general property management for a small portfolio.
  • Conduct quarterly property inspections for managed properties.
  • Handle landlord and tenant queries, ensuring a high standard of service.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator.
  • Essential: Proficiency in Reapit.
  • Preferred: Experience using Goodlord and Reapit for tenancy progression.
  • Desired: Property management experience (but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-focused approach.
  • High attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
