Job Title: Tenancy Progressor & Property Manager

My client is an independent estate agency located in the heart of Shoreditch. With over 50 years of combined experience, they provide a personalised and professional service, handling some of London's most unique and sought-after properties.
The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Tenancy Progressor with expertise in Goodlord and Reapit to ensure smooth tenancy operations. The role also involves managing a small portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and renew tenancies using Goodlord & Reapit.
- Prepare and send tenancy agreements and terms of business for electronic signature via Goodlord & Adobe Sign.
- Conduct Right to Rent checks for tenants.
- Ensure all compliance documents (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs) are up to date.
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and pre-tenancy preparations.
- Register deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
- Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns and check-out reports.
- Organise and review inventory check-ins/check-outs.
- Arrange key cutting for properties.
- Oversee general property management for a small portfolio.
- Conduct quarterly property inspections for managed properties.
- Handle landlord and tenant queries, ensuring a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Essential: Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator.
- Essential: Proficiency in Reapit.
- Preferred: Experience using Goodlord and Reapit for tenancy progression.
- Desired: Property management experience (but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-focused approach.
- High attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
