About the opportunity:

My client builds high end brand new homes in and around the Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area. This project based near Welwyn is 5,000 plus square foot new build to a very high specification. Reporting to the contracts manager you will be required to run the project as number one on site.

About the benefits and rewards:

Salary will be in the region of £55,000 to £65,000 DOE. They also offer a personalised bonus scheme reflective of both the business success and the individual's progress.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be able to run a site as number 1

High end new build experience preferred

Qualified to NVQ level or higher with a valid CSCS card

SMSTS and First Aid

Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty
