Our client, a leading private practice and cost consultancy, is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North West. With project values ranging from £50k to £200 million, they deliver high-quality services across a diverse range of construction sectors, offering excellent career opportunities and growth potential.

About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control and contract administration across a variety of exciting projects. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting
Lead procurement and tendering processes
Advise on contract administration and risk management
Monitor and control project costs to ensure value for money
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project deliveryAbout You:

A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach to project delivery and client satisfactionIn Return:
