About the Role:
As a Principal Social Worker, you will:

Conduct comprehensive and complex parenting assessments, utilising a range of evidence-based frameworks.
Work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to gather information and develop robust reports.
Provide expert advice and guidance to social workers in the assessment process.
Champion high-quality practice through supervision and mentoring colleagues.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective service delivery strategies.
Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
This role offers a clear pathway to management. With your experience and dedication, you will have the opportunity to progress to the position of Centre Manager.
Who You Are:

A qualified Social Worker (ASW) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in children and family social work.
Proven expertise in conducting high-quality parenting assessments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
