Job Coaches proactively support our students to develop job searching skills, to access work rotations within a host business, to develop their functional English and maths, and ultimately, to progress into paid employment.

If you have experience of working effectively with students with SEND or barriers to learning and you have the drive and tenacity to establish networks with external stakeholders, we would love to hear from you

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

* Proficiency in using office software and IT tools relevant to coaching activities.

* A background in customer service is advantageous.

* A genuine interest in helping others succeed and grow.

If you are passionate about coaching and have the skills necessary to inspire others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity
