Role Summary:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our complex care services. You will ensure compliance with CQC requirements and standards, provide leadership to the care team, and drive improvements in service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

* Oversee the daily operations of our complex care services.

* Provide strong leadership and support to staff, ensuring a motivated and competent team.

* Implement effective structures, policies, and processes to optimise service delivery.

Regulatory Compliance:

* Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and standards.

* Prepare for and lead CQC inspections, achieving and maintaining high ratings.

* Monitor and manage quality assurance processes, addressing issues proactively.

3.

Service Development:

* Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to expand services.

* Develop and improve care pathways, ensuring a person-centered approach.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.

4.

Operational Excellence:

* Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability.

* Implement robust systems for monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping.

* Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

* Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Manager, preferably within complex care services.

* Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CQC requirements and standards.

* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.

* Organisational Skills: Strong ability to establish systems and processes for efficient operations.

* Growth Mindset: A proactive and strategic thinker who is excited to grow with the organiSation.

* Qualifications:

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

* Current or eligibility for CQC registration as a manager.
