Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for new opportunities in North Birmingham?

Winner Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school based in the Sutton Coldfield area. We are looking for a teaching assistant to full time on a long-term placement. The successful applicant must have previous SEN experience and hold a minimum Level 2 or level 3 qualification.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with SEN requirements
Assist the main class teacher in lesson preparation
Tailor learning materials to the requirement of individual learners
Assist with pupil progress reports
Liaise with outside agencies when required
Support the class teacher with pupil assessments

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

A minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
Previous SEN experience
Strong resilience and patience
Previous experience working with children with SEMH, Autism and sensory impairments
