We are looking for a Fund Management Contracts Manager to work with a Local Authority based in London on a hybrid basis.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a fund management contract within the real estate and commercial property departments
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders
- Dealing with any disputes regarding the contracts
- Ensuring KPIs are managed and overseen
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience of managing complex contracts
- Previous experience of working with Fund Management contracts
- Previous experience of working with a Local Authority or within the public sector
