An established consultancy in Southeast London, specialising in public sector projects, is seeking a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients primarily within the public sector. You will work alongside a team of 20 Quantity Surveyors, contributing to the consultancy's expansion. .

You will be responsible for:

Assisting with pre and post contract administration
Managing project costs and budgets
Preparing tender documents and contract agreements
Conducting cost analyses and reports
Engaging with clients and stakeholders
Supporting junior team members in their developmentThe Quantity Surveyor Requirements

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Preferably MRICS qualified
A minimum of 2 years' experience within the built environment
Experience within a private practice or consultancy
Strong pre and post contract knowledgeIn return

Salary £50,000 - £60,000
