 Coating Plant Operative (Temp to Perm) – Join a Leading Family Fabrication Business in Oldbury Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (M-T) and finish at 15:30 on Fridays.Hourly rate: £12.21 plus overtime if wanted.What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience working in a coating plant, powder coating, or similar industrial setting
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
The Role:
  • Preparing and coating metal components to required specifications
  • Operating coating plant equipment safely and efficiently
  • Quality checking finished products for consistency and finish
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Supporting the team to meet production targets and deadlines
