Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our caring and supportive team in Wolverhampton.

What You'll Do:

* Provide tailored support to students with a variety of SEN in the classroom.

* Assist the class teacher in delivering individual and group lessons.

* Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

* Support students with emotional, social, and behavioral needs.

* Monitor and track student progress, ensuring their needs are met.

* Work closely with other teaching staff, SENCO, and parents to support student development.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience working with children with SEN (ideal but not essential).

* A patient, empathetic approach with a passion for helping others.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Ability to adapt to different learning needs and environments.

* A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable.
