We also have spacious outdoor areas that support both structured and unstructured play, vital for early years development.

About the role: We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced EYFS Teacher to join our team from November 2024. As our EYFS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. You will be responsible for delivering a creative and inspiring curriculum that nurtures curiosity, fosters independence, and builds a solid foundation for lifelong learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about Early Years education, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is committed to making a difference in children's lives. You will have the autonomy to bring your ideas to the table while being supported by a team that values innovation and excellence.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• A passion for child-centered education and a deep understanding of child development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

• Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform future planning.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.

Perks and Benefits:

We believe in supporting our staff just as much as our students. As part of our team, you will benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, a strong network of colleagues who share a passion for education, and a supportive leadership team that values your input and encourages growth. Our school is conveniently located with excellent transport links, and we offer a competitive daily rate of pay. You will also have access to our modern facilities, resources, and a school community that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and the joy of learning.
