Supply teacher

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary Scale: £83 to £110 per day

Start Date: Immediately

At one of our client schools in Leeds, West Yorkshire, GSL Education is presently looking for a qualified and motivated Supply Teacher. You will play a vital role in providing continuity of education to our students in the absence of their regular teachers. Day-to-day supply teacher Role:

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans effectively across various subjects and age groups.
Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student engagement and achievement.
Managing classroom behavior with fairness and consistency, fostering a respectful atmosphere.
Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to ensure seamless transition and delivery of curriculum.
Providing feedback on students' progress and any relevant classroom observations to support continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Previous experience working as a teacher or in a similar educational role is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
