SEMH/SEN Teacher Opportunity - KS2/KS3 English (No QTS Required Initially) �?
Are you passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN)? A specialist school in South East London is looking for a SEMH/SEN Teacher who has experience teaching the KS2/KS3 English curriculum. While Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not required at this stage, you will be expected to undergo training to further develop your teaching and learning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- ?? Plan and deliver engaging and tailored English lessons to KS2/KS3 students with SEMH and SEN.
- ???�? Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the individual needs of students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- ?? Assess and track student progress, implementing targeted interventions where necessary.
- ?? Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.
- �? Contribute to the wider school community by participating in training, staff meetings, and school initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- �? Experience teaching KS2/KS3 English in any capacity, with an understanding of working with SEMH and SEN students.
