About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within a team of 5 on a 260 unit scheme in East London whilst managing complex packages. You will be working with a passionate developer who are committed to providing a high quality service, taking a large focus on sustainability. They currently have lives projects across London and South East England as they are constantly looking at how to expand further.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:

Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with clients
Support the preparation of tender documents and contractors bid
Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputes Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:

MUST have 2-4 years experience as Quantity Surveyor at a Developer
Live within commutable distance to East London
Able to effectively communicate and take initiative
Degree in Quantity Surveying What's on offer:
