The Role

* Lead and manage the UK Application Technology team, fostering growth and collaboration.

* Oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions, ensuring efficient workflows and meeting service level agreements.

* Allocate resources effectively, balancing support, development, and project demands.

* Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure successful project delivery.

* Embed best practices for D365 implementation and maintenance while supporting strategic technology initiatives.

* Hybrid with 3 days a week on the Basingstoke site

The Candidate

* Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 services and solutions, including integration within the Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Azure).

* Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing technical teams.

* Highly organized with a track record of delivering within development and project life cycles.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Business acumen with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
