We are recruiting QA Goods in Technician on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Mildenhall. If you're an experienced and detail-oriented professional passionate about quality assurance, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in a high-volume production environment.
 
As a QA Goods in Technician, you will ensure that all incoming components and raw materials meet the required specifications and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include performing meticulous inspections, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of all incoming components and raw materials to verify compliance with specifications.
Accurately record and report non-conforming parts and collaborate on corrective actions.
Complete all necessary process documentation in line with control plans.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to address and resolve quality concerns.
Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests using standardised methods.
Maintain detailed inspection records for trace ability and quality control.
Ensure raw materials and components meet industry standards and company requirements.
Support quality improvement initiatives and optimise inspection processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a secure workplace.
Skills & Attributes:

Proficiency in quality systems, calibration tools, and inspection methods.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and data presentation skills.
The working hours are between 40 and 42.5 per week, morning shift.
