Hastrec is supporting a client with hiring for a Protection Advisor to join a business based in Fareham.

Your role:

You'll be advising clients on a full range of protection products including life, critical illness, and income protection. Working closely with our mortgage team, you'll follow up on referred leads, conduct in-depth protection reviews, and provide tailored advice to suit each client's needs.

Ideal candidate:

* Experience in protection advice (minimum 2 year preferred)

* CeMAP or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Highly motivated, ethical, and client-focused

* Able to attend the office part-time
