Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of building maintenance, including painting, basic plumbing, and door hanging.

Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs to uphold the hotel's high standards.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.

Experience in a maintenance role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, plumbing, and repair work.
