Our clientOur client is one of the UK's Top 100 law firms and one of the largest in the North East, with a local and international focus. This business has embraced hybrid working and also have offices with prime location in Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester.This role could be based in Newcastle or Leeds.The roleThe Marketing Operations Manager will work with the departments, units and sector groups across the firm to raise the profile of the firm across all of its three regions to build credibility with their target audiences, and to create opportunities for BD colleagues and the fee earners to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, targets and influencers.You will also manage the marketing delivery team across content, design and events. Responsibilities
  • Implementing their content strategy
  • Delivering high quality initiatives including events to raise profile and build lasting, strong relationships
  • Collating and sharing client and market insights
  • Developing a consistent and quality client experience
  • Contributing to the cross selling initiatives across the firm
  • Working closely with the Business Development Manager / Business Development Director to ensure a coordinated and joined up approach to driving growth within each of the unitsand sector groups
  • Playing an active role within the sector group and unit meetings
  • Taking the lead in considering the most appropriate marketing tactics to achieve the group's goals, and developing and agreeing tactical plans off the back of this.
This is a generalist, multifaceted marketing role, getting involved in a wide range of activities working with units and sector groups from across the firm.About you
