About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of high end residential refurbishment projects and luxury new builds from a client side perspective. You will work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Representing the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle
* Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
* Managing project budgets and costs
* Overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with building regulations
* Liaising with architects, designers, and contractors
* Resolving project issues and disputes
* Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Client Side Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on high end residential projects
* Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
* Experience working on heritage and listed building projects
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
