The Role

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve contract disputes.
• Maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
• Provide contract management training and support.

The Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years in contract management, preferably in construction or architectural steel.
• Strong contract law knowledge, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
