Finance & Payroll Administrator - £19 per hour.
Equivalent of £34 500. This role is temp to perm. It is totally office based. No hybrid working.

Help to support the organisation’s financial operations by ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing invoices, and handling payments efficiently.
As a Finance and Payroll Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the Finance team, ensuring all financial and payroll tasks are handled meticulously. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who is comfortable working with numbers and committed to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Administration (75%):
- Manage purchase orders, process invoices, and control petty cash.
- Reconcile accounts, maintain purchase ledgers.
- Handle bank reconciliations.
- Provide training and support to regional treasurers on accounting software.
- Coordinate company credit cards and oversee financial records and reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and ensure proper financial governance.
Payroll Management (25%):
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with tax and pension regulations.
- Manage payroll changes, deductions, and allowances.
- Handle employee payroll queries and maintain confidentiality.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for audits.
