Sales Manager - Ely, Cambridgeshire - £65,000/year + Car Allowance + Bonus
(4-day working week)

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join a precision manufacturing company working across the Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Nuclear & Scientific markets. This would suit a candidate with an engineering/manufacturing background who is proactive and enjoys developing new clients.

Responsibilities:

Key management, motivation and development of the sales team.
Management of target delivery ensuring that forecasts are accurate and timely.
Generate new business and develop new markets for the team (with a focus on the Defence industry).
Set up and monitor supply agreements and contracts.
Monitoring of agreed targets and objectives to ensure their successful achievement.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales with a focus on new business development.
Engineering / Manufacturing background (preferred).
People management / Leadership skills.
